Request for services
Requests for new CDR services or for the reactivation of an existing
or previously operational CDR service should be made by filling
in the
CDR request form (2004 version)
The fields in red are mandatory. Help can be found
be following the links from the section titles. Requests are sent
to CDR support, and you should normally receive a response
within a few working days.
Important information
The section describing the system requirements for using the CDR
service should be read. Data storage on tapes is not free Please
refer to the section on storage costs to understand how much it
will cost to store your data.
